Morphological, Genetic and Biochemical Evaluation of Dasypyrum villosum (L.) P. Candargy in the Gene Bank Collection

The Dasypyrum villosum gene bank collection, comprising 32 accessions, was characterized morphologically and genetically for resistance to leaf diseases quality parameters of seeds with specific accent protein polymorphism starch composition. collected material represented nearly the whole distribution area in Mediterranean. For SSR analysis, a set 40 markers wheat selected. A matrix distances between genotypes calculated using Simple Matching dissimilarity coefficient DARwin software. collection scored powdery mildew, brown, stripe stem rusts. modified SDS-PAGE method clear interpretation high low molecular glutenin subunits (HMW, LMW) used characterization accessions.
